In partnership with the City of Santa Monica, Milken Institute, and Akido Labs, we initiated the Santa Monica Connect program which connected first responders and case managers to reduce arrests of our homeless neighbors and get them on the road to housing.

FCI is pioneering a complete, doctor-led care model to bring our most vulnerable from the street into a home. In 2023 we launched a PEH Whole Person Care Program in LA County with HOPICS and in Kern County we helped launch a similar program working with Akido Labs.

The Los Angeles Unhoused Response Academy (LAURA) aims to build the capacity of the LA County homeless workforce--today and in the future and provide an on-ramp for new talent, reduce attrition, and light a path for professional growth and growth in compensation.
