Designing models of care that transform and strengthen the social safety net

OUR MODEL

Our work brings together the right people to set a collective agenda for the future of health infrastructure.

This means convening academics who study what works, technologists who understand how to build effective systems, executive directors of nonprofits delivering services on the ground, government leaders who shape policy and funding, and people with lived experience who understand the realities of navigating these systems.

When these diverse perspectives come together, we can define a vision for health infrastructure that is both aspirational and grounded in what communities actually need.

But we don't just define that future—we actively build it. Through collaborations across sectors, we pilot new approaches that test innovative solutions to longstanding problems. When these pilots prove effective, we leverage our network to bring them to scale, transforming promising ideas into sustainable infrastructure that can serve communities broadly. This model allows us to be both visionary and practical, moving from concept to implementation to systems change.
