Where you come from
With a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from UT Austin, I bring over a decade of experience in research, evaluation, and nonprofit strategy. My work has spanned philanthropy, academia, and nonprofit organizations, always with an emphasis on participatory and equity-centered practices.

What you love about your role/work
I love designing and facilitating processes that center community knowledge, translate research into action, and build inclusive systems for collaboration and learning.

A bit about me
I have partnered with foundations, nonprofits, and civic organizations to co-create evaluation tools, facilitate retreats and interdepartmental gatherings, and strengthen membership engagement strategies. My experience includes supporting organizational learning at the Packard Foundation, developing equity-focused evaluation with various organizations, and designing community-centered teaching and research as a doctoral scholar.
